Our Story
Our story began in 1989 when YC founded Kangxin Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. in Jieyang. Kangxin started as a small factory focused on producing stainless steel tableware and cookware. YC laid the foundation for the company's development with her dedication and passion for product quality.
In 2011, YC's daughter EVE took over the family business, bringing new energy and vision to Kangxin. Under her leadership, the company continued to innovate and developed into a globally renowned brand dedicated to providing customers with high-quality stainless steel cookware and tableware.
Today, Kangxin products are sold in more than 50 countries around the world, including Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Our diverse product range includes stainless steel products, stainless steel tableware, stainless steel cutlery, stainless steel cookware, stainless steel kitchen tools, stainless steel cutlery, and customized solutions for various industries. Our factory covers an area of more than 25,000 square meters, has more than 200 skilled workers, and has a monthly production capacity of 500 tons. Shipping within the USA can take about 3-30 business days to arrive. Shipping internationally can take around Standard shipping: 14~35 Days,Fast shipping: 3-14 Days to arrive depending on more factors (see Shipping Policy page for more details). Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 3-35 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
If your order hasn't been settled and your order status is "Placed", you can cancel your order by visiting your order detail page. You can go to your order detail page by clicking "Track Your Order" button in your order confirmation email. If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact our customer service after your order has been delivered.
